Board Certified Allergist/Immunologist
Dr. Trott-Gregorio is an allergist/immunologist who was born and raised in the South Texas area. She received her undergraduate degree in molecular and cell biology from Texas A&M University and her advanced medical training in pediatrics from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.
She trained in both pediatric and adult allergy and immunology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Dr. Trott-Gregorio is a member of several professional organizations including the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. She was a recipient of the 2010 Resident Research Award from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Dr. Trott-Gregorio’s basic immunology research at Washington University focused on early B-cell development. She has presented her data at multiple national conferences and has recently submitted it for publication in a leading scientific journal. She has authored several chapters in medical textbooks including Nelson Textbook of Pediatrics and The Washington Manual of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Subspecialty Consult. She has also published a number of articles in major medical journals. She and her husband met in medical school and they were blessed with their first child in August, 2011. Certified Licensed Physician Assistant
Faye Crowell is a certified licensed Physician Assistant who came to Stone Oak Allergy in the spring of 2015. Mrs. Crowell graduated from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology. She spent 2 years as a clinical supervisor for a nephrology practice here in San Antonio, before moving to Pennsylvania to attend PA school.
She completed her master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies at Lock Haven University in 2012. She started her career working with an otology practice in San Antonio treating patients of all ages for conditions related to the inner ear, hearing, balance, and tumors of the skull base. She is excited to broaden her scope of practice and feels privileged to treat patients with allergies, asthma, and immune deficiency issues. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a licensed Physician Assistant with the Texas Medical Board.
